Octavia McGruder, President and CEO
Octavia began her HR career in February 2011. Octavia’s educational background stems from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA where she majored in Business Administration. In July 2020, Octavia obtained her Society of Human Resource Management Certification (SHRM-CP). More recently in June of 2023, she obtained her second certification from the International Association of Professions Career College in Human Resources Consulting

Nicholas Duncan, Marketing Director
Nicholas is graduate of the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA. Nicholas received his Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing in 2020. As the Marketing Director, Nicholas strategizes and implements effective marketing campaigns for OctaPro Recruiting Solutions. Nicholas is dedicated to empowering the surrounding communities with the services OctaPro offers. He works to improve clients' access to critical resources through personalized marketing strategies.
