Payment Methods
Recruitment Package
The OctaPro Recruitment Package consists of one (1) job posting on several job boards, customized job descriptions, job assessments, screening applicants, preparation of interview kits (questions, scoring sheets, etc), interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.
Pre-employment Package
The OctaPro Pre-employment Package consists of one (1) contingency offer, background check, education verification, one-two (1-2) reference checks, and official offer letter.
Onboarding Package
The OctaPro Onboarding Package consists of one (1) employee to include basic orientation training, obtaining login credentials, and completing required new hire forms. Maximum time : 2 hours
Soft Skills Training Package
The OctaPro Soft Skills Training Package includes three (3) hours of in-person or video training. This training covers a range of soft skills, including customer service, time management, conflict resolution, effective communication, sexual harassment prevention, active listening, critical thinking, as well as diversity and inclusion.
Customized Training Package
The OctaPro Customized Training Package offers three hours of personalized training, available in-person or via video, designed to address leadership, product knowledge, and various business-specific requirements. This package comes with handouts, instructional videos, and practical exercises.
