Career coaching is a collaborative process where a trained       

professional (the coach) guides an individual (the coachee). You will receive the following:

• Clarify their career goals and objectives
• Identify and overcome obstacles hindering their professional progress
• Develop customized strategies for achieving success 
• Resume and cover letter rewriting (if needed)
• Customization of your social media platforms for increased visibility and professionalism
• The free online Workplace Big 5 Personality Assessment w/feedback and results explanation
• A minimum of 3 in-person HR professional meetings or 3 introductions to potential employers within a 60-mile radius (or a combination of both)
• Interview preparation - mock interviews (max 2)
• Public speaking meetings and/or tips
• Online career coaching 
• Professional career coaching

The initial investment listed above is $399.  

The coaching calls are $50 per 30-minute session. In our sessions, we will dive into your current career landscape, clarify your goals and ambitions, unpack any challenges you're facing, collaboratively brainstorm solutions, craft actionable plans, receive valuable feedback on your strategies, and cultivate the support and accountability needed to achieve your career objectives online career coaching professional career coaching
